Everything about using BodyMetrik, in plain language: our terms, how we look after your information, our health disclaimer, how affiliate links work, and how to reach us.

Terms of Service
Who we are
BodyMetrik is a membership service at app.bodymetrik.com. It is operated by Mognetize Marketing, a sole proprietorship registered in Belgium. In these terms, "we", "us", and "our" mean Mognetize Marketing.
By creating an account or using BodyMetrik, you agree to these terms.
What BodyMetrik is
Your membership gives you access to health guides, simple tools, and our member community. Everything in BodyMetrik is educational. It is not medical advice — please read the health disclaimer below.
Your subscription and billing
- Every new membership starts with a 14-day free trial.
- After the trial, you pay for the plan you chose: monthly, every 6 months, or annually.
- Payments are handled securely by Stripe. We never see or store your card numbers.
- Your subscription renews automatically until you cancel.
Cancelling
You can cancel at any time from your billing page, or by emailing support@bodymetrik.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You keep full access until then, and you will not be charged again.
Acceptable use
To keep BodyMetrik safe and pleasant for everyone, you agree to:
- Use your membership for your own personal use, and keep your account to yourself.
- Be respectful in the community. No abuse, harassment, or spam.
- Not copy, resell, or republish our guides, tools, or other content.
- Not use BodyMetrik for anything unlawful.
We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.
No guarantees of results
Our content is educational and general in nature. Everyone's health is different, and results vary from person to person. We make no promises about any specific health outcome.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions you make based on our content. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, and nothing removes the consumer rights you have by law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the new version on this page with a new effective date. If a change is significant, we will let you know by email.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Belgium. If you live in another EU country, you also keep any mandatory consumer protections of your home country.
Privacy Policy
Who is responsible for your data
The data controller is Mognetize Marketing, a sole proprietorship registered in Belgium. This policy follows the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
What we collect
- Account details — your email address and name, so you can sign in and we can reach you.
- Usage — which guides and tools you use, so we can improve BodyMetrik.
- Payment details — handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card numbers.
Your health information — extra protection
Health information — such as your health interests, goals, and any devices you tell us about — is special-category data under Article 9 of the GDPR. We treat it with extra care:
- We store it only with your explicit consent, which you give (or decline) during onboarding.
- We use it solely to personalise your guides, tools, and shop suggestions.
- We never sell it or share it with anyone for their own purposes.
- You can withdraw your consent at any time — in your settings or by emailing us — and we will stop using and remove those details.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can, at any time:
- Ask for a copy of the data we hold about you (access).
- Ask us to correct anything that is wrong (rectification).
- Ask us to delete your data (erasure).
- Ask for your data in a portable format (portability).
- Complain to the Belgian data protection authority, the Gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit (gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit.be).

Who helps us run BodyMetrik
We use a small number of trusted providers ("processors"). Each one only handles what it needs to do its job:
- Supabase — secure hosting of your account and data.
- Stripe — payments.
- Resend — the emails we send you.
How long we keep your data
We keep your data for as long as you have an account. When you delete your account, your data is deleted too.
Health & Medical Disclaimer
BodyMetrik is for education and self-tracking. It is not medical advice.
- Nothing on BodyMetrik diagnoses, treats, cures, or prevents any disease — and we never claim it does.
- Always talk to your doctor before changing your diet, exercise, or medication.
- Our guides and tools are general information. They do not know your medical history — your doctor does.
In an emergency, do not use this website. Call your local emergency services straight away (112 in Europe).
Affiliate Disclosure
Some links on BodyMetrik are affiliate links — for example, links to products through ClickBank. If you buy through one of these links, we may earn a commission.
- This never costs you anything extra. The price is the same either way.
- We disclose affiliate links wherever we recommend products.
- A recommendation is never a substitute for professional medical advice. Always check with your doctor first.
